1-HOW DOES AUTO TRANSPORT PROCESS WORK?

-Before pickup, the driver calls the contact for pickup to confirm location and time usually 24 hrs. prior to pickup and delivery.
-A five point inspection is performed at the origin by the driver, same on delivery. A bill of lading is given by driver upon payment of balance.
-Standard in the industry is C.O.D. or cashier check.
2-WILL MY CAR BE DRIVEN?
Absolutely not. We provide door to door service via open or enclosed new car carrier.
3-HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE
MY VEHICLE MOVING ARRANGEMENTS?
Usually a 3-4 day window is required. Expedited service charges are waived if a confirmed order is received within an hour of the initial quote.
4-WHAT KIND OF TRUCK WILL MY AUTO BE SHIPPED ON?
Open new car carrier or for your peace of mind we provide enclosed carrier service for an additional fee.
5-WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OPEN AND AN ENCLOSED CARRIER?
Open carriers are the most common type of transport trucks. On open carriers, vehicles are very safe but will leave your vehicle exposed to the sun, bad weather, bugs, and other elements. Closed carrier shipments are slightly more expensive because they are enclosed and there are not exposed to any foreign elements.

This is a 5 point inspection performed by our drivers to assure the quality in every delivery.
7-IS MY VEHICLE INSURED?
Yes, and we will be happy to provide you with the driver's

8-DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY VEHICLE IS PICKED UP AND DELIVERED?
No, but it is better if someone is there for pickup, a friend or close relative.
9-WHERE WILL BE VEHICLE BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED?
We provide door to door service. The same drive picking up your vehicle will deliver it to it's destination.
10-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PICK UP AND DELIVER MY VEHICLE?
Travel miles and weather determine this time frame having said that, drivers are in your area now ready for confirmation of your order. Within the continental U.S. seven to ten total turn around time. This is subject to change hour to hour depending on the time you forward a confirmed transport order.
11-HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY AUTO SHIPPING COMPANY IS GIVING ME THE BEST PRICE?

12-CAN I PUT ITEMS IN VEHICLE?
Since 911, the D.O.T. has set strict guide lines (laws) which we must abide by and having said that, you can put up to l00 lbs. of non-electronics in the trunk and rear seats without blocking the windows. (NOTE) Personal belongings are not covered by the driver's insurance. This does not apply to Hawaii or to Alaska.
13-HOW DO I PREPARE MY VEHICLE FOR PICKUP?
When shipping to Hawaii or Alaska there should be no more than a quarter tank of fuel nothing in vehicle except a spare tire and jack and car must be cleaned. Within continental U.S., vehicle needs to be at it's point of origin.

Your claim is with the driver's insurance policy which is provided upon confirmation of your order.

18-HOW DO I PAY? WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR SHIPPING A VEHICLE?
Standard in the industry, a deposit which is included in your i nitial quote is charged to your credit card only after your confirmation is received. The balance is then paid to the driver upon delivery C.O.D. or cashier check is accepted.
19-WILL I SAVE MONEY IF I DELIVER OR PICKUP MY VEHICLE AT A TERMINAL?
Terminal service is not safe for your vehicle and costs the same and in some cases, more than door to door service.
20-HOW LONG IS THE QUOTED PRICE GOOD FOR? 5-7 days depending on the time of year.
